  4.     Ronald Reagan's new book, Speaking My Mind, allows him to
  5. speak his mind the second time a little differently. In a March
  6. 4, 1987, speech on the day of the Tower commission report,
  7. Reagan said he "didn't ask enough about the specifics of the
  8. total Iran plan." In the introduction to the speech in his book,
  9. Reagan has a new explanation for the Iran-contra affair. He
  10. wonders whether the whole thing was "a setup, a sting operation,
